Sautéed cherry tomatoes with garlic and fresh basil make a wonderful side dish with chicken, meat or fish. Can also be eaten as a salad on top of a bed of baby greens for lunch. Assorted wild mushrooms and asparagus sautéed in olive oil and served on a bed of fresh, crisp watercress. Makes a wonderful salad for lunch or as a salad/vegetable with dinner entree.
